Bariatric surgery patients with a LAP Band™ or Realize Band™ can now take advantage of our new Band Fill Clinics, a convenient option for individuals in Crystal Lake. No appointment is necessary–just walk in.

The purpose of these fill clinics is to provide LAP Band™ and Realize Band™ fills for Centegra’s weight loss surgery patients. Appointments for follow-up or concerns will continue to be addressed during regular office hours.
